Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

3. Mix the Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined.
4. Combine & Assemble
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
