Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients – Shred the cabbage thinly and mince the garlic.
- Cook the Eggs – Heat ½ tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan, scramble lightly, and cook until just set. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Cabbage – Add the remaining ½ tablespoon of oil to the pan, then sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shredded cabbage, salt, and black pepper, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
- Combine & Season – Return the scrambled eggs to the pan, add soy sauce (if using) and paprika, and stir everything together for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve & Garnish – Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve warm!
